appointment or ask the receptionist about any questions you may have. If you
need urgent attention we will do our best to help you within 24hrs. After you
have finished your treatment it is important to return regularly to check that
everything is going well.

Please contact us if possible during normal
working hours. We try to deal with emergencies within 24hrs and reserve time
for this purpose. Please ring at 9.30am for urgent
appointments!

Please ring the Practice phone number and
the answer machine will give information for contacting the 'Dentist On Call'
(Different dentists on rota). There will normally be a call out charge.

calling out of hours you will need pen and paper
- It might
be possible to contact Colin on his Mobile at reasonable hours by ringing 07940
856638. You may have to try several times as North Dorset has poor
coverage
- Charges
are made for appointments missed or cancelled at short notice so let us know
ASAP
